Processing Time

All items are handmade to order or carefully packed from ready inventory. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com to check availability and rates.

Packaging

We package all items with care to ensure safe delivery. As a sustainable business, we may reuse clean, sturdy materials when possible.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order as appropriate.
