Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Standard Shipping on all US orders of $35 or more. The $35 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts and before tax.

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days — FREE on orders of $35 or more, or a flat $5.99 on orders under $35

Express Shipping (US): 2–3 business days — flat $14.99

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com to check availability and rates.
Packaging
We package all items with care to ensure safe delivery. As a sustainable business, we may reuse clean, sturdy materials when possible.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order as appropriate.
