Refund policy

We want you to love your Crafts By Papa piece. Because everything is handmade to order, here's how returns work.

Ready-made items: 30-day returns
Items that aren't personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Personalized and custom items
Items made to your specifications, such as a Team Turkey painted in your team's colors, Pet Pals with your pet's name, a Wall House with your saying, or a custom finish, can't be returned or exchanged. If we made a mistake on your order, we'll fix it or remake it at no cost to you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@craftsbypapa.com.
